This product is sleek and works as the reviews say- the bonus is the wheels and pull out cabin that hold the shredded paper. I don't shred everyday however, when I do I shred like a shredding machine and works like a charm. I give this product two thumbs up. You wont be disappointed!

This unit performs much better, and does everything as listed in the features/capabilities list. I have more confidence this unit will last much longer as well. No jams whatsoever yet.

I used a Staples one for 5 years and it used to overheat all the time. This one may be a little bigger, but i can shred multiple pages with very little hassle. I have yet to see it overheat after months of use. I also find that it's not too loud, but do expect it to be somewhat noisy. I would definitely recommend for home use.

It's nice to know that paperwork that, if falling into the wrong hands and could be used for identity theft or just a breach of privacy, is rendered useless for that. The shredding is fairly fine, so this should recycle easily.

Haven't counted out 10 sheets, but do through some of those unopened junk mail with multiple folded pages in addition to envelope and haven't had a problem yet. Now a days, there aren't that many CD's laying around to crunch, so no opportunity to test that quite yet.
