I’ve had it for like 6 months and I’ve filled it 5 times with shreddings with no signs of it weekening or jamming up. I am careful not to put staples in it but I have shredded plastic cards and cds and very thick paper. It micro shreds everything very small and works just as good as namebrand shredders I have used.

I have had this shredder for a month. I use it to dispose of unwanted mail offers, billing info and other documents that I do not want to share with others. I does a very nice job of reducing paper to small pieces that cannot be reassembled. I was well worth the price for my needs. If it lasts as long as the one it replaced (5+ years) it will be an even better bargain.

I’m very happy with this purchase. I am now retired and receive a lot of junk mail that I wouldn’t just throw away in the trash. I’m also in the process of getting rid of old files and whatnot now that I have the time to do so. I don’t have issues with it overheating as I have with other shredders that I have owned.

The Shredder is easy to use. I like the fact that if the paper or letter is too thick, there is a reverse button that allows the item to come back up, so you can insert the item another way or make adjustments before you insert it again. The wheels on the shredder is a must have. You can move it all over the house from room to room. The container that holds the paper is easy to remove, so you can discard the paper. Also, there is a slot for credit cards. Those that come in the mail with your name on them are shredded into tiny pieces. All papers, envelopes. etc. are shredded into tiny pieces. The best thing is that you won't have to worry about anyone retrieving your information. This was a Great buy, purchased from Best Buy.

Happy with the shredding, it's easy to empty. Instructions state not to put sticky items through, would like to be able to shred labels.
