Machine is quiet and it does what is advertised. Has a large shreddings bin and handles up to the max papers at a time (although it does go a bit slower then.)

I have owned several shredders over the years but this is probably the best. Can shred 10 or more sheets of paper with ease.

This shredder was a good purchase and I studied all the shredders in the store side by side. This shredder worked for a solid 45 minutes and didn’t get too hot and I had a lot of papers,credit cards, and cd’s.

I was ripping up old bills and papers by hand. Got this for under 200 dollars with warrenty. Worth every penny. Just shred and dump. I recomend this.

This shredder works much better than my old one, which was only a cross-cut shredder. This machine also works very well with credit cards- My old cross-cut shredder supposedly could shred credit cards, but it only mangled them.

We bought a micro cut 10 page paper cutter recently and it works great. We had a smaller unit that was more work than it was worth. Highly recommend this.

Works as intended. I shred everything and have had no problems with it. I highly recommend it. I bought it when it was the deal of the day.

I had a lot of material to shred , old one broke after 3years.been using new insignia for three weeks & no jams. It works like a charm. Yes the drawer holds a lot of material.

The pull out bin is one of my favorite features but I was needing an upgrade from only being able to shred 7 pages at once up to 10 pages at one time...now I'm done before it gets a chance to overheat!

Very quiet when operating great improvement over my other shredder, excellent replacement. I left the wheels off for now as it is in a very permanent space.

Excellent shredder to use for basic home shredding. Shreds everything quickly without the motor getting hot too fast. Just wish they had these in different colors other than the basic black.

This is very efficient and quiet compared to previous shredders. You do have to be prepared with large enough bag to empty, but have also had messier shredders! Very happy with this product and it's capacity.

my old shredder went out so I purchased this one. Its been great and has had no problems shredding anything I throw at it. Also comes with rollers very nice unit

Powerful shredder—perfect for shredding 10 pages at a time. Also has shredder for credit cards and CDs. The pull out drawer on the waste basket makes emptying fast and mess-free. Best price at Best Buy!

I read a lot of reviews before i bought this one. I am very happy I did it works just like it states. I haven't had any issues at all with shredding paper, cd's and credit cards. Great shredder to buy.

My first shredder was a cross Cut version from Staples. It was clumsy to empty because the motor was on tipping and heavy. This shreds a year of my bank statements in one bin use!!

I've had this unit for almost a year and no problems of any kind....now I don't use it continually so I have not reached its overheating limits, but works fine.

So far this shredder has been very good. We had a bigger shredder previously so perhaps unfair to compare how fast the big fills up! I have shredded multi-paper documents and old credit cards with no problems (or stuck paper)! So the only thing I miss a bit is the capacity.

This is a great product and is able to handle the load. It is a great medium duty shredder which is able to handle high volume at a decent price point.

I had to replace my old shredder and this one did the job. The price was right and it handled everything I threw at it. I like the safety feature which warns you when the motor is starting to overheat.
