I love this, what did o8do before this... It's really great and I vh was able to shred and dispose of confidential paper confidently. Thankful I made this purchase.

I purchased this product to replace an older shedder that still works. The product was very easy to assemble and use. It was a value purchase that was an upgrade to the one it replaces.

Very good piece of office equipment. I shred lots of papers for 5 mins, let it rest for an hour and continue if I have more papers to shred. Works well and I would recommend it to anyone.

Used less than a month but we have no complaints. Shreds a bit slow, but does good job . No jamming I think we have a very dependable machine here . Time will tell

This is a great product I am pleased with my purchase. it is working well with no problems thus far. I purchased a shredder 4 months ago another brand and it went caput. so far so good!

The shredder works as advertised. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is the slow shredding speed. For ocassional, around-the-house shredding, this is a great value. It is relatively quiet. It shreds credit cards, cds/dvds, and multiple sheets of paper at a time. What I really like most about this shredder is that new "microcut" size....much much smaller than "strip" shredders. I feel a lot better about the increased protection that a microcut shredder provides. If you don't have a shredder at home, this is a great value. Buy with confidence.

Runs just fine, about 8 papers are safe. Shreds nicely and securely. operates for 10 min without any problems. This is not commercial grade, is home use grade.

Excellent powerful paper shredder, also cuts up credit cards, cd's dvd's with ease. No need to remove staples from items... YES!! Large paper recepticle too.

I have burned through two shredders in the past year; however, this one has shredded everything I've thrown at it. I would recommend this unit for a home or small office.

It’s very good shreds my papers I don’t have any issues because I like to cut up all personal Document with addresses personal numbers and everything so it shreds it up very well very happy with it

Probably will not handle 10 sheets at once, but it really chops small pieces. Staples don't even slow it down. Got it on sale and think it was a very good deal.

I like the micro cut of papers. This shredder is much quieter than my last shredder. It is rated for ten sheets but I feel that is pushing it to the limit. I would say this is an eight page shredder. Besides that I am very satisfied with it.

I recently wore out a cheap shredder and replaced it with this Insignia and have been impressed. The microcut shreddings promised are just what you get and it is quiet with a large bin.

Works very well. Far better than previous shredder. Nice large storage area for storing large amount of shredded items. Starts quickly and goes through the shredding process very efficiently.

I shred everything...and have had several less expensive shredders and they usually jam or won't accept very many sheets of paper. This machine is wonderful. ".takes a licking and keeps on ticking".

I shred everything I can especially if it has my name on it. This shredder can easily do the pages it says and the cd's and cred cards go thru like butter. I love this and do not regret purchasing it.

have many papers on regular basis that I do not throw in trash until schreded This allows me to tend to this task in my office and saves cost of schredding company

THIS SHREDDER IS A GREAT VALUE. IT TAKES SEVERAL SHEETS WITHOUT STOPPING AND CUTS THE SHEETS INTO VERY SMALL PIECES. IT IS NOT AS FAST AS I WOULD LIKE BUT IT IS NOT NEARLY AS LOUD AS MY LAST SHREDDER. I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN.
