So far it has shred everything I have put in it without jamming. The basket is easy to dump without spilling. Hopefully it will pass the test of time.

Works really well, gets the job done I shredded so many old documents I had. Just keep in mind that it does overheat if you excessively use it so shred things at a slow pace.

Was Leary of buying this shredder, but it has been excellent. I would rate it 5 stars if the waste bin was a little larger, but fantastic product. I use it at my office/business.

We replaced a smaller paper shredder because it was not working properly and found the 10 sheet microcut shredder did an excellent job. I would highly recommend it.

The shredder does just fine for me. It shreds paper and CD/DVD as advertised. Let me clarify that statement. I have put multiple sheets (Did not count sheets) and it shredded just fine. It is a little noisy but it is shredding a microcut.

Great shredder for shredding more than one or two papers at a time. This cuts down the time required to shred a complete file of old papers no longer necessary to keep.

Heavy and sturdy. Easy to move around because of wheels and the sturdiness keeps it from tipping. Very sharp, shreds easily - not prone to jams so far!

Awesome Shredder. The dedicated CD slot as an added bonus. It shreds 10 sheets flawlessly and even a couple of more if you wind up having a couple extra pieces of paper in there.

The shredder works great if you insert just one single sheet. With 2 or more sheets, it slows down but still works. The pieces you get are very small

I've had quite a few shredders, but this one is the one that stands out compared to all of them. It's been quite a while now and it still works. It cuts just as well.

This shreds several documents at a time with ease and hasn't jammed yet. The wheels make it easy to move around if needed as well.

This shredder works exactly as advertised. Even credit card offer envelopes (the big thick ones) can be shredded without opening them. Credit cards and staples are no problem either. I haven't tried a CD or DVD, but I suspect it will easily do it. It would be pretty much impossible to reconstruct the shredded documents well enough to glean any useful information from them. The bin is about the same size as other "home" shredders I've had, but the small size of the shredded papers allow it to hold more, so it doesn't have to be emptied as often.

My old shredder was easy to clean the blades. This one the blades are covered so I will have to unscrew the cover but haven't had to yet so not sure how that's going to work out but overall works great!

Turns anything inserted into confetti. The waste bin is larger, easily removed and easy to empty. Fairly quiet and handles multiple sheets. A great purchase—well worth the price.
