Strong Machine

Works as advertised, but

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does what it is supposed to do, but, when I tried to clean out the paper pieces stuck in the blades, I found that I had to unscrew the casing to access the blades. In the process of taking out the screws, the plastic pegs that the screws fit into broke. After cleaning, I had to duct tape the machine back together. Works fine again. RECOMMENDATION: DON'T UNSCREW ANYTHING on this machine. All you will do is break plastic fittings.

Must have shredder

Micro-cut is the way to go!
