I've been very pleased with the performance of this shredder compared to the previous one I had. It shreds discs, plastic cards in addition to paper.

Best Buy asks for reviews long before you can do it justice. This shredder finely shreds paper. Runs quite a while after shredding accomplished. Feed slot pretty skinny. Don't know about durability yet.

I like this unit very well. It cuts much more and better than my last unit which was a brothers unit.

I love this shredder! It does what I need it to do and efficient. It is not noisy and has not jammed. I would definitely recommend!

It works great for our needs. I can put many papers together and no problems. I cut up plastic also with no problems. I won’t recommend this item.

I looked at a number of shredders in this price range and the reviews. It is a little noisy, but it does an excellent job of shredding. It has all the features I was looking for at an affordable price.

This shredder eats everything short of paperclips. Very fine shredding no problems so far.

I have had other shredders that are a pain to empty. This one is as easy as opening a desk drawer. The wheels also make it convenient to move around. I'd recommend it!

shredded papers easily . Large bin so keep going. It shreds more than 10 sheet in each run. but not good in shredding the credit cards as expected. but worth it.

Finally found a shredder that shreds several documents at the same time, which makes the task so much easier and faster. Great product.

The original one lasted about 2 months shy of a year, and then wouldn't power on at all. Best buy replaced, with no hassle. We'll see how long this lasts. Shreds great.

This shredder does and excellent job of shredding 10 sheets of paper at the time. It is a good operating machine.

Not real quick but quiet and it automatically senses that something needs shredding. The bin doesn't require removing the head, like my previous one did. I got more than I thought I would

I was very, very pleased to not need headphones to blockout the grinding shredding noise like I’ve needed with other models I’ve had over the years. Additionally the micro cut is superior comparing to other available cuts. No problem feeding multiple full 8 1/2 X 11 or 13 sheets, ripped envelopes, torn address labels, receipts, hotel room keys, etc... This handled my mothers saved paperwork dating back to 1991, so I gave it quite a workout! Definitely a 5 star rating.

Great product for home office and light office duty. The pull out drawer is a must, easy to clean.

This is a quality product! I've been shredding old files; multiple pages at a time, old, expired plastic cards, thin cardboard-type advertising junk mail. DO NOT SHRED adhesive address stickers! It will gum up the teeth... I learned my lesson the hard way and that's why I now have this shredder....I was sorry, but not sorry that I now have this shredder! A plus... being able to see how full it is.

shredder makes small output. Excellent, does not get jammed easily. Make sure you use oil sheets to keep shredder lubricated.
