Old credit cards were a not cut up by the CD cutter All in all it is the best shredder I've ever used. A good buy.

It's okay

Good home use shredder
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this shredder for home use, it does a great job of shredding papers into fine, unreadable pieces. I only feed one piece at a time, maybe 2 if the paper is thin and I keep it oiled with a cheap (Marvel mystery) oil - so far, so good. I also shredded one CD and it did well on that too. Since the paper shreds into fine pieces, it seems like it takes a long time to fill up the container, which is good and it's easy to empty without getting paper all over the floor. I recommend it for home use.
