Does the job, no problem, quite, and effective. Great for our needs

Excellent shredder. This is my 2nd one.I had the other one for 20 years.

Has worked well for the year end shredding party! Seems to hold up well. Only downside is when pulling the basket out shredded papers spill out.

This it s a great shredder for the house. Pull out drawer instead of removable lid means 99% less mess!!

this product can shred credit cards and CD's, as well as, making it cross-cut so it would be very hard to put it back together.

So far this shredder is working out great. I think that best part is the large capacity shredder bin. You do not have to dump it as often and makes less of a mess when emptying.

This is a great shredder. It handles several pages at a time and cuts it up very small.

The machine works well but really bogs down with over 3-4 pages at a time. Outside of that it’s wonderful and shreds very well!

I purchased this shredder after my previous shredder from a competitor quit working after 9 years. I think 9 years is a pretty good run for a shredder. Thanks to my experiences with my previous shredder, I learned what to look for in a new shredder. I wanted a pull-out bin, something that would shred staples, credit cards and CDs/DVDs, and something on wheels, so I wouldn't have to pick it up and carry it from room to room. I wanted something with an "overheat" light, an "overload" light, a reverse function for paper jams, and something that was relatively quiet, or at least, not horrendously noisy. This shredder fulfills all those requirements nicely. A nice touch is that it has wheels on the bottom of the pull-out bin, so the bin glides easily in and out of the body of the shredder. I have shredded 10 pages at a time with this shredder, and it works fine, with no problems. I use shredder lubricant sheets to clean and oil the blades. Overall, I would recommend this shredder. However, it is a bit heavy, so if you're looking for something light and portable and easy to carry up steps, for instance, unless you're strong and used to lifting heavy things, I wouldn't recommend this. The product was delivered shortly after I ordered it (3 days, I think). I also purchased the two-year warranty. Everything that I ordered came in good condition. My first purchase from Best Buy online was a positive experience. I would order from them again.

Shreds an incredible amount of paper, cards, before rest time. Micro shreds, let's see some identity thief put that together!

I have to say great machine works well although I only do max 4 sheets at a time really happy with this purchase
