Excellent micro shredder. Not too bulky for easy storing. Happy with my purchase.

We were in need of a new shredder, and had sensitive documents to dispose of - this makes confetti out of the paper!

I purchased this shredder after my previous shredder from a competitor quit working after 9 years. I think 9 years is a pretty good run for a shredder. Thanks to my experiences with my previous shredder, I learned what to look for in a new shredder. I wanted a pull-out bin, something that would shred staples, credit cards and CDs/DVDs, and something on wheels, so I wouldn't have to pick it up and carry it from room to room. I wanted something with an "overheat" light, an "overload" light, a reverse function for paper jams, and something that was relatively quiet, or at least, not horrendously noisy. This shredder fulfills all those requirements nicely. A nice touch is that it has wheels on the bottom of the pull-out bin, so the bin glides easily in and out of the body of the shredder. I have shredded 10 pages at a time with this shredder, and it works fine, with no problems. I use shredder lubricant sheets to clean and oil the blades. Overall, I would recommend this shredder. However, it is a bit heavy, so if you're looking for something light and portable and easy to carry up steps, for instance, unless you're strong and used to lifting heavy things, I wouldn't recommend this. The product was delivered shortly after I ordered it (3 days, I think). I also purchased the two-year warranty. Everything that I ordered came in good condition. My first purchase from Best Buy online was a positive experience. I would order from them again.

Best thing ever for our house! Cuts down on unwanted papers in the house.

No problems with multiple sheets of paper, or plastic. Wheels provide easy movement.

This is a great tool to help prevent Identity Theft. Shredding all sensitive materials with a Mircrocut shredder is what is recommended.

This is really a good shredder but if you use it for to long at one time then it overheats and you have to wait about 15 to 1/2 hour to use again. I

We did not run staples or credit cards through it but it works well shredding paper.

This product is good for home office use. Can shred multiple pieces of paper at a time. This is why I purchased it

This is a brand new cross cut shredder. It works very well on paper and it has a slot for shredding credit cards.

The shredder is very good and shred everything very little which is good. So far so good.

Works well and the cuts are very small. The window into the unit allows you to see how much space is left.

I love how it literally makes confetti!!! and in one pass it does my expired credit cards where before I had to do it about 5 times. LOVE IT

This is a great shredder. It handles several pages at a time and cuts it up very small.

This has been a great little shredder for using around the house. It will heat up after about 30 minutes of continuous use but cools quickly and is ready to go again.
