great if not going to use for a long time at once

Excellent with privacy security

It is also cleaner than most when using a clear plastic bag inside to collect the cut papers. You can put ten documents at a time and you really can. I had an expensive "fellow" cross cutter that eventually died, but it was messy when ever I needed to change the bag.

Nice shredder!

Many reviews said it was loud like other shredders, but this is much quieter than my previous 7-sheet crosscut shredder. I could probably run it with the door closed and a sleeping baby in the next room. The micro-cut pieces stack tighter into the wastebasket than crosscut pieces would so more paper can be shredded without having to empty the bucket.
