Tops for the price

The next one we bought was a dud in a short time. Then we found our new Insignia cross shredder at Best Buy and grabbed it fast -- happy to get back to a machine that does everything we need -- and at a reasonable price.

Great start shredding so far

Great Micro-shred

It is very quiet. It shreds without jamming. It has a nice pull up drawer so the top does not have to be removed for emptying. I used the shred bin liners for easy emptying and disposing. Extremely happy with this purchase. I purchased the two year repair replacement plan.

After 30-40 continuous minutes, it does overheat, but let it cool down for an hour or so and you'll be back up and running!
