Claims it will shred 10 sheets at a time, but seems to struggle with only 3-4 sheets. I don't think I'll push it past that. With that being said; it does a great job at what it does. I very much like the micro cut feature. I am glad that I got it on sale as I don't think that it would be worth the full retail price.

Excellent crosscut shredder

The price is right and I'd defy anyone to put the resulting confetti back in readable form. Love that it shreds old credit cards and even CDs. Love the easy to remove/empty basket.

Great Micro-shred

It is very quiet. It shreds without jamming. It has a nice pull up drawer so the top does not have to be removed for emptying. I used the shred bin liners for easy emptying and disposing. Extremely happy with this purchase. I purchased the two year repair replacement plan.

It works fine, but not as fast as expected.

Does the job, good results
