Solid shredder

So far, so good. Cuts smaller than our previous shredder, which I appreciate. This was damaged in shipping/plastic cracked slightly, but Best Buy made it right for us, and it's still working fine.

Better than expected

After using it for a couple of months, I can say it's better than I expected. It hasn't overheated once and I LOVE the pull-out drawer. This means I don't have to lift a heavy motor head to empty it. That's fantastic! The ONLY negative is that it cuts CD's and DVD's into only three pieces. This will probably keep someone from getting the data from them - I'm really not sure about someone who is determined! - but it doesn't get rid of sensitive info which might be printed on the face of the discs. Other than that, It's super. Also, we got it on a daily deal so the price, at 69.00, was great as well.

Nice shredder

Ordered online, and had delivered to my home. It was shipped in the standard box it's in at the store, no extra layer of pkg to protect it. Unfortunately, the box was damaged and the back of the shredder is cracked. That's the only reason I went with 4 stars. It's under a desk, so no one will ever know.
