great shredder

The first oneI bought, had trouble with making a growling noise when it ran. Took it back to Best Buy . They replaced it with no problems. This one is working great, barely slows down when you put 8 to 10 sheets in it.

Shopped BB for a new Fellows but they only had this line in-store. Truth be told, I purchased based on price and crossed my fingers that ti would hold up. A month or so has passed and it's been ok. A little louder than I'd like it to be but it does the job..Too early to tell if it''s a good value or not.

If you took ONLY one sheet and shred into an empty hopper I doubt that you could reassemble it to steal iht info. Microcut is the ONLY version of shredder to buy. Not only does this shredder microcut paper it does CD's, DVD's, and credit cards.

Very good 8 page Shredder

Although the bin is only 4.5 cu in it seems to hold more and the shredder feeds faster and quieter than the old one. Continuous feed is about 8 to 10 minutes and cools quickly to resume. Went through a waste container full of shredding without difficulty. Did not rate it 5 stars only because I haven't used it very long.
