I’ve purchased the cheap shredders in the past that were always getting jammed. Decided to splurge on this one when it was on a daily deal and it is totally worth it. I especially love the drawer on the front for removing the shredded paper.

Overall product was good, does the job. Now the bad I first received a defective/broken product. I was told to return product to the Maryland parkway Best Buy, Since I received the product by U.P.S. It wasn't that simple with the home restriction and the corona virus 19. to drive to a location away from home.

I have had many shredders before and this is the best one I have ever owned. I recommend to any small business that needs to shred important documents. The speed and especially the capabilities of shredding credit cards is invaluable.

Shreds nice and small....drawback is, that if you have a lot to shred it only shreds for approx 15 minutes and then it overheats...then you have to wait 50 minutes before you can do any more.

For home use is a fine shredder. I broke the last one putting in too thick a batch; had had it for several years. Assume it would still be working had I not done that. But I bought the same shredder and I expect the new one will do well.

I viewed another shredder online. However, that shredder was not available at the store and I did not want to take the time to order. I asked the salesperson for suggestions. The Associate suggested the shreeder I ultimately purchased. The Associate was knowledgeable and prsented several alternatives.

If you don’t have navigation or Bluetooth in your car, this is a must. I have an older BMW without either and this device is a necessity. I love how it gives me a picture of the turn I need to make.

I cram all kinds of stuff in here, only once did I have to use the reverse feature because it was stuck.

Very sturdy cross cut shredder that gets the job done. Can shred multiple sheets of paper as well as credit cards. Only drawback is that the "automatic cutoff " comes pretty quickly (10-15 minutes and then you're locked out for about 15 minutes, as a "safety measure".

I AM SO GLAD THAT I BOUGHT THE BETTER OF THE ONES THERE. I LOVE TO USE MY SHEDDER AND SHRED ALL OF THE JUNK MAIL AND ALL THAT I CAN SHRED IT SAVES UP SO MUCH SPACE AND I HAVE IT RIGHT UNDER MY DESK AT HOME WOULD LOVE TO HAVE BOUGHT IT SOONER

It does what it is intended to do. It's nice that we no longer have a stack full of paper that needs to be recycled or thrown away now. The "10-page" is misleading. If you put 10 pages in at once the machine slows down immensely. I would suggest doing no more than five at a time. But what do I know...I'm only a random Best Buy member making reviews for points.

Decent shredder but starts to overheat after medium usage

My previous shredder would constantly get stuck with just paper. The teeth also go mangled with any type of envelope window. This shredder is amazing. It can do quite a few sheets of paper with ease and will even do plastics and CDs. In addition it criss cuts as it shreds so the prices are much finer making it more difficult for anything to be put back together. Great for privacy concerns.

My 15 sheet activa from staples only lasted for about 3 years or so, so when I found this being a micro cut as well I decide on this one. Quiet and powerful no complaints so far.

This shredder works very well. Although, it really struggles when you put in more than one or two sheets of paper at one time. It's supposed to shred up to 10 pages at once. It has not had a paper jam, the bin is very easy to remove and when you put a small bag in the bin, it's very easy to remove the shredded paper and insert an empty bag. Works well for our needs.

Shredded everything. Took effort to overheat it. Didn't even know that I needed to shred some CDs

I love how this shredder allows you to shred about 10 papers at a time

It is easy to use,handle,clean up. Not heavy at all.
