This Insignia shredder cuts and shreds into incredibly small pieces. Old credit cards, cardboard, and multiple sheets of paper are completely shredded. WITH EASE!

I have shredded two bucket loads so far and it has worked just fine. I doubt that it would do 10 pages at once though. It will slow down and grind through a junk mail envelope and its contents. But it keeps going.

Went from crosscut to this. Much more convenient & confetti shred is much more secure. Half star off cause it is a little slower putting sheet of paper through and emptying the bin makes a mess - have to vacuum after bin empty . But still new at using so I will figure out the mess work around. It is easy to use.

I love this shredder, while it may be advertised for 10 sheets at once, it will overheat the motor very quickly but it still does a great job at shredding documents, CD's and credit cards.

I love this shredder!!! The bin is a nice size and all you have to do is dump it without any mess!!! The unit Overheat light did illuminated after approx 1000 pcs and we needed to wait approx 45 minutes before we could continue shredding.

Very satisfied with this shredder so far. I wanted a micro cut. This is great for that. A little loud and I only shred a couple of pieces of paper at a time. I get the feeling it may jam otherwise. I got this on sale and price was good for a micro cut shredder.

First it did not allow 10 sheets like it said it would. You were lucky to get three sheets in without overheating. Also it was constantly jamming and we had to put the shreds out of the head with pliers. Eventually returned to store for refund.

My shredder does the job of destroying my records quite well. It shreds them so small I have to sweep the ones that float outside the bin. The are quite small. It does get "hot" and I have to shut it off after a while-hence the 4 not 5!

I love this shredder, so quick in no time. The price when I got this is really economical. I got no complain so far, it really works perfectly for me.

I have always taken the position, if "Best Buy" is selling a particular item, I can depend on the quality of the merchandise. I trust you folks and I have always been completely satisfied. Thnak you for your expertise and good counsel.

A little noisy but not extremely loud. Don’t think it will do 10 sheets - very slow with 6 sheets. Ran for 10 continuous minutes without overheating - much better than a previous more expensive unit. No problem with credit card- haven’t tried CDs. Would buy again

This shredder definitely delivers on the promise for continual use. I purchased this shredder to replace one that broke after an hour of use. Very pleased, and the microcut is very impressive. Will definitely buy again.

This shredder meets my expectation for home use. I have never put 10 sheets of paper through it at a time or have I inserted any CD's or credit card through yet. It's easy to unload the "microcut" paper chips from the bucket. It's also quite!
