I took it out of the box and started using it. I like that it has a power switch and I can turn off the automatic shred switch. An extra step of safety with small children in our house. Mine didn't come with wheels like the picture on the box shows.

The guy in the store carried it out to my car, when he noticed I was handicapped. Great service. I like this shredder a lot. It’s very very quiet. This one is the best shredder I have owned. I like how the paper drawer slides out very easily.

Shredder goes beyond expectations

There is no lag between uses. Everything is cross cut thoroughly and completely destroyed. We have not had any problems with this shredder, and have recommended it to others.

When sale person finished he offered to pick up box and walk me out the door with shredder in hand put in truck of car and thank me for coming in. Awesome

Always having to shred junk mail and personal information. It seems to work very good but really have not put it to the test of continual shredding for extended periods. I would recommend this to others......
