A bit messy when manually emptying bin into a plastic rubbish bag. Old shredder could line bin with a rubbish bag because it had a lift off top shredder with a rubbish can bottom. Not sure if a bag will work with this shredder? Bag will block view of clear plastic full line on pullout bin. As well as bag might get stuck on pullout bin tracks. Didn’t need a cross cut shredder but made due with what was available in store.

It's a little bit difficult to remove and replace the bin. Slower than the older crosscut shredder it replaced, but cuts into smaller pieces.

I’ve shredded card and paper in this so far and there’s plenty of space so I don’t have to empty it as often. A nice thing to have for a college student with a lot of papers from older classes.
