Calls for "shredder oil only" but does not say what/where to oil or how frequently. Needs to identify location of handle on wastebasket and explain how the basket connects to the shredder head and how to empty/reinstall a full basket.

It hasn't overheated yet and I have been shredding A LOT! It's not quite as fast as some of the professional office equipment that I have used, but that is not what it is designed for. So for what it is I think it's a great value.
