||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed. I had a cheaper shredder that got jammed beyond fixing that I needed to replace. This advertises 10-sheet. I haven’t been able to shred even five without the overload signal coming on or a jam. Therefore I’m only able to do 2-3 sheets. It’s almost impossible to clear out the jam because the gears are too far from the opening to reach or even be able to see where the jam might be. Lastly, it isn’t even shredding every piece the same size. I have found 2” strips that are not cross cut. I would not recommend this shredder. Save your money and buy a cheaper smaller one. My last one was able to consistently shred 6 pages and truly shredded all pieces the same. The cooldown timing is about the same compared to my old one. What’s worse are all of the positive ratings/reviews which is what I went by to make this decision. The truth appears to be highly distorted.

Would still shred, but would stop and start. Returned it and it was replaced. Stand behind their product!!!
