I took it to the Geek Squad and they unjammed it. I'm hoping this won't be a regular occurrence. However, thanks to paying extra for the Geek Squad, at least I'm covered for the next 2 years!!!

Took it out of the box, added the wheels and was shredding in about 10 minutes. Works good but stops at times for no apparent reason. Turns out the shredded documents do not clear the shredding teeth completely sometimes and getting them to pass through can be a chore sometimes. Not as happy with this as I had hoped to be. My old shredder lasted 9 years but I don't think this one will last that long.

Couldn't Have Worked Better
