I ordered online for next day delivery. Delivery kept getting delayed and I was in need of item so I ordered elsewhere. Then I canceled this item, the customer service rep tried to convince me not to cancel that I will receive the item the next day…never did. Tried to cancel over and over with live agents…from somewhere in the world. Each time the order stood uncancelled in my orders online. I finally got an agent that promised the order would be cancelled. Meanwhile now it’s well past any further delayed promised delivery dates, way after expected. I received the one I ordered from another retailer earlier than expected. So now, after the last customer service rep confirmed that my Best Buy order has been canceled, the item was delivered weeks later while I was away on business. Therefore I did not accept the order but nevertheless it was apparently delivered to someone. I later found it the neighbor took it. I called yet AGAIN, now they will not return the item I cancelled several times!! Worst customer service ever! Even their credit card did not stand behind the issue and help me return it! This is now at least our 4th bad experience in a row with Best Buy. Best Buy card canceled and I won’t ever give them business unless I had no choice!!

The manual says to let it rest for 20 minutes. Decided to postpone the rest of the pile of documents for shredding to the following weekend. Even after a whole week of rest, the shredder still says it's overheat. I can't use it anymore, just wasted $100.
