It's okay if you don't need a heavy-duty shredder. It is slow and clunky.

Very poorly made item. The motor started doing pulse shredding papers about 1.5 years into use. And I use the "used" very lightly. It's shreeded no more than 550 peices of paper in 1.5 years. I've tried resetting it, turning off and itvstill pulse shreds. By pulse shred I mean the power button flickers and it shreds for 2 seconds then turns off and repeats this process.

Had this item for 2 years. Hardly used at all. Quit working.

Good machine but it got jammed at times. Not good for daily use. Maybe mine was just defective.

The shredder makes loud noises and is very annoying and i just bought it not to long ago on my charge card wont recommend this shredder

Not enough strong shredder. But not 10 pages as it saying on the box. Max 7 and if more it just stopping to work. For a such price not doing a good job. Better to find cheaper one.

Disappointed regard how many sheets it can handle. Not close to what the manual said. Also very loud.

Terrible device. Do not put more than one sheet or two very thins sheets (like store register receipts) in there at a time or you’ll have to unplug it and use something like a pair of scissors to did the jammed paper out. The specs say it can take up to 10 pages but I have not found that to be true. It overheats easily, and the design does not allow an easy way to unjam the machine.

Good while it lasted. Motor died right around the 2 year mark, thankfully I had a protection plan and I was able to get a refund to purchase another model.

It really can't shred more than two pages at a tims or it would jam. Not happy with this product.

One of the four roller wheels inserts was far too big for the slot to fit into the shredder bottom and cracked the place in the bottom of the shredded. Wih three wheels it would tip over so items were placed under it to balance. It was not worth it to lug it back to Best Buy, wait in a long line, and if they had one in inventory no guaranty the same model would not be defective too. The shredder has worked so far. Two of the three items purchased from Best Buy's house brands in the last two years had problems. Next time I will avoid Best Buy. Sorry for the negative review, but at the factory they goofed on what they included.

This shredder is junk. The first shredder was purchased on July 16th. It had stopped working by December. I'm not a heavy user. I just shred the mail with sensitive info on it. Occasionally I might have up to 10 pages but it's extremely rare. The shredder can't handle it. I finally returned it in January and they swapped me out for a new one since it was still under warranty. Now, that shredder is acting up and not shredding. I'm hoping I can just get my money back or pick another brand of shredder.

It claims it will do up to 10 sheets at a time. The most I’ve been able to do without it jamming up is 5.

An adequate shredder but at least the waste bin is quite sizeable for home use.

My mother wanted a paper shredder, this one was in her price range. It shreds paper.

I think this item is overpriced and I probably could have bought a cheaper one that would have worked as well
