I contemplated taking it back but I don't really need 10 pages shredded at the same time. I guess for the money, its ok but would not buy this again if I had a choice.

Typically never inserted more than 5 pages at a time. We are 3 months in and it stop working properly and only shreds half the page very slow and it releases a burnt smell. Not worth price.

It seemed like the gears stopped meshing as the motor ran but the shredder did nothing. Best Buy was true to their word and replaced the shredders no questions asked. My third one has operated without flaw and with constant use.

I never put more then 3 pages at a time. Jammed often. Now it doesn't work at all and just makes a loud noise. Bought 9-11-23. I would not recommend it to anyone. This was for home use only and not used everyday.

Tried unplugging & turning off again & pressing the other buttons but the light stayed on & wouldn't shred....Returning...Noodling on exchanging for the same model or returning for another.

Don't buy this shredder

I ordered one, and I couldn't get the shredder to separate from the bin. So I took it back and ordered it again. This time it wouldn't separate from the bin, and the bin looked like it was breaking apart. I took it back and ordered another brand (Honeywell), which is working great.
