Shredded old ID's and credit cards like nothing! Never seemed to struggle when I fed multiple papers even though I'm sure I shredded above the capacity a few times. Never overheated or jammed. The basket size was perfect didn't have to empty a bunch of times. I would definitely recommend this paper shredder if you're looking for quality. Instructions don't tell you how to empty it or that the castors are taped inside the container that's my only complaint.

Material quality of the basket under the shredder head is sturdy and well designed. Shredding quality has been excellent. Overall quality is outstanding in relation to the very reasonable cost.

My wife shreds lots of documents we don't want floating around snd the olderbone gilled up yo quickly. The cuts are also finer, which makes me feel better about security.
