Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just picked this up and I tried pulling the bin out and it wouldnt come out. Thought it was broken until I laid it on its back and theres two pieces that lock the bin in place. Since the bin doesnt come out as pull on the handle I would have to lay it on its back everytime I wanna open it. Once I opened it, the bag that contains the wheels was already opened, so this got me thinking this was a return and they tried selling it as an unopened product. I will exchange it and hopefully that solves the problem!

I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL SHREDDERS IN THE PAST. DYSFUNCTIONAL ELECTRONIC CONNECTION TO SHREDDED MATERIAL CONTAINER. I SUGGEST MY MISTAKE WAS PURCHSAING A LOW PRICED LOW END PRODUCT. A WASTW OF TIME . BEST BUY WAS VERY GRACIOUS IN ACCEPTING THE RETURN .

Ever since then it only runs in 1-second bursts. I have dumped the bin multiple times to no avail. I cannot find any switches or buttons to change this. I purchased the 3-yr service agreement, but I’m told that once I take it back the agreement ends. This is very unfair.

Stopped working after 1year and 3 moths.

Didnt last 6 momths
