I bought it four years ago at full price and it still works perfectly

Much more quiet than our original one. Pretty quuck .

I have had this shredder just short of 2 years. It is worth the money- high quality! I am now ordering 1 to send as a gift. I shred anything with any type of personal info and this just keeps on working.

The machine is quiet and does a good job of shredding. Assembly is easy once you discover where the wheels are. This is accomplished only by randomly searching for them. You won't find them next to the shredder. They are taped to the bottom of the paper collection bin. The instructions, don't tell you where to find them and your support people have no idea where they are either. This makes no sense. There is plenty of room in the box to pack them, so they are in plain sight.

So, amazing how this works, you put a piece of paper or credit in the shredder and Kaboom it is all ground up…seriously, works great, easy to use the pull out to put in garbage, better than the last one I purchased but $50 more but worth it.

The shredder easily takes care of paper, plastic cards, and small staples. I was able to sit down and shred for 15 minutes. No problem. I didn't load it to its max. I mainly did six to eight sheets at a time and it handled it perfectly well. I can see how doing too much too fast would overheat it. But honestly that was not an issue for me and I had a lot of shredding to do. I shredded almost an entire box of paper and it didn't even fill the bin. The shredder also feels well built it has a little bit of weight but the wheels are nice as well. Just roll it around to where you need.

Shreds paper well, not a huge shredder guy but when I do it does it right

Perfect for home use. Microdots are so much better than strips and the storage holds a lot of refuse. Easy to remove basket. Great product.

Shreds vey easily. I like the auto turn off. Shreds in small pieces.

having had several brands and types of shredders through the years, the wife and i are very happy with this INSIGNIA model. several features did stand out starting with: 1. wheels 2. basket size 3. bit size shreds 4. & most important the very low sound it makes.

This is a really excellent shredder. We closed our office and I was able to shred an entire huge office worth of sensitive documents with this small but mighty machine. It's easy to clean and empty. Very happy with this purchase, didn't have a single issue.

This shredder replaced one that we had for 8 years. The Insignia shredder is quiet, fast and produces small pieces of waste that could not be repaired.

Does the job well, and there is no way anyone is gonna reconstruct the shredded pieces.

quick to overheat. after 3 months it quit working, overheating eror messages. when working, it functioned at the capacity I expected for this price machice.

Nice shredder. Quiet and it just chomps through the paper. Size of shredder and size of shredded paper are all excellent.

I needed to replace an older shredder so I purchased this product. I am extremely happy with this shredder, it is quiet and handles more paper than my older shredder. Easy to empty and basket holds more paper.

I purchased a refurbished model in a pinch when needing to suddenly shred a lot of items from a loved/one who passed away. The shreder definitely works as adverised. The one issue I had with it is that the teeth pattern divert papers such that they can get stuck on the edges, which is difficult to undo.

This is my second one I got the same model couple years before and it's working fine still just thought I'd upgrade I went into the store and bought what I thought was an upgrade and it's the same one but I'm happy

This shredder works perfectly and have not had any problems at all. Shreds papers and cards with no problems and little effort
