I went to a few chains stores before going to BestBuy. My thinking was that the cords in the isle with the printers on sale would be cheap. Wrong! The cords were twice the price everywhere else.

I'm sure the product is of fine quality. My dissatisfaction is not with printer, but with the lack of helpful information.
