It took me another week trying to figure out what was wrong with my audio devices! I assumed the cable being new was fine. That was a big mistake. Highly dissapointed withis USB cable maker!

The item was shipped promptly, and came in the original packaging, with the only difference being that the package had been opened before. Thanks for the savings, and thanks for a great product!
