    I purchased a plug in and could not seem to get it plugged in so it would work! Took it back - no problem, exchanged it and home I went. When I got home and tried it, I could not get one end to insert . The third day, I took the darn printer with me and the cute little guy at the door was so sweet and plugged it without working up a sweat!!! I really appreciated all young people helping this old lady cause I sure needed it!

    It amazes me that the cables that used to come with printers and other devices now have to be purchased separately So, I plugged in and it works(5 stars). Doesn't feel worth $20 though so cost gets 3 stars.

    Had to return to Best Buy, because it was to short to hook up my printer to my laptop in my new home office. Bought the 10 ft one and it worked perfectly.
