The length is great in the car where i'm using mine. Sometimes it seems like charging time is not as fast as some of my other cables but decent enough.

I was little doubtful that may be it will heat up the device but charging is very fast and no issues with the gadgets. A Better Buy Than an Apple® Branded Cord

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these charge cords (2-pack) as a less expensive alternative to the Apple®-branded version (which never seem to last very long because of separation between the cord and the phone plug). The Insignia™ brand was recommended by a Best Buy sales associate, and at first glance seem to be an excellent purchase. The cords themselves are covered in a woven material, not simply plastic-clad and are extremely flexible with very secure plug ends. As a bonus, the cost for a 2-pack is far less than a single Apple® branded cord. As for longevity we'll have to wait and see, but our sales associate said he purchased these instead on Apple and has never had an issue after years of use - so we have high hopes they will last.
