Not only is it plenty long but is is well made. It is strong but still bendable. It seems to charge my phone faster than by old cable. I would definitively recommend this cable.

Our old ones had very thin cords, from which the plastic had broken down and wires were exposed. The cords on the Insignia chargers are so thick that I know they will last us a very long time!! So glad the salesperson steered us in the direction of these chargers!!
