I finally took it back and they could not get the attachments to work either. Say they took it back and replaced it with a new one. But this one just sucked big time, thank you.

It did not provide a great fit and would dislodge from the connection port. I tried other cords and i did not have this issue. The cord itself feels sturdy and well made. Yet i have purchased similar cords for a cheaper price.
