This cable was exactly what I was needing and was easy to locate on my local store shelf. It is a bit more stiff than the original cable that came with my laptop-- but that was actually very helpful when I was mounting the cable from my monitor to my laptop along the underside of my office desk.

My wife and I use it in her car and has held up well and seems that it will last for a good period of time. Most these cell phone cords break easily or are just not made well. Happy with purchase and would purchase again.

It has already passed the "kid pulling it out of the adapter" test without compromising the structure. Thank you! I am pleased and would purchase it again (probably won't need to for me but definitely would for a friend or a 2nd charger location)

I like the braided heavy-duty sheathing. It adds just the right amount of cable “stiffness” throughout the length for enhanced handling when your device is being used while plugged in at the same time for charging.

The cover is started to split at the port where it plugs into the phone. But i believe this is an age and use thing, as i have had it for about 2 years at least.
