Old charging cable was very thin and chewed in two by our dog. This one is very durable and thick enough. The best solution is to keep the dog away from the cord.

These braided ones have so far defeated the cats. They are now starting to give up on all our cords. The length is good and are easy to loop for storage without having so much memory that they take forever to straighten out again. I would highly recommend these over online knock off brands. OK, Insignia is somewhat of what many would consider a knock off brand, yet these feel and perform more like so called higher quality brands.

It fits and does charge my phone just like I needed. I didn't give it 5 stars because the charge is a bit slow, but the cord fits from USB to an iPhone 15, so hallelujah.
