    Insignia used to be a good brand, but it's hit or miss these days. Best buy needs to raise their quality standards to whoever is manufacturing this trash now.

    Charger seems like it’s gonna be sturdy and reliable but after just 1 month of use the charger is no longer working properly. Charger will go off/on again while plugged into phone. Highly, highly recommend looking for a different brand. Don’t waste 26$ on this.

    I took this back honestly 10’ can really get in the way 6’ would have been a better bet. I also hated the threaded cord it has no flex in it it almost reminds me of an old school pay phone cord. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone just pony up the extra dough for the name brand version.

    I bought this for my sons iPad. After a few weeks, it just stopped charging. The quality just isn’t there. I have apple charging cords that have worked for years and are still working. Just a cheap product here.

    I am not happy with Best Buy at all . I returned something and they never honored the gift card as far as returning product . So if there was a zero rating to pick from I would have picked ZERO . I will never step foot or ever order from Best Buy ever again and I will tell people not to shop there .

    After less than a year this cable no longer works properly. It initially shows that it is charging but if left over hours the item isn’t charged. Being aware of this I have plugged and unplugged from both the lightning and the USB-C ends. Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 tries to get the cable to work properly. Unreliable!

    This product worked well for a couple weeks before it started having issues. The length was convenient, but this lasted as long as a cheap charger from amazon. Will be returning.

    On day 2 the cable started having connectivity issues. The issue that normally happens with older cheap cables where it only charges at certain angles. However it does charge fast when it’s working.

    The cord is way too thick and bulky. Returned it. I would not recommend it unless you want a big bulky cord. Why do you have to write 50 Characters. My review didn’t need 50 Characters. Thank you. Very much. How more do I need to write. LOL

    It gives a “moisture detected can’t charge” message more than it charges, never had that with the original cable.

    Wish I had seen it out of the box. The wire is nearly big enough to run a welder! No idea why. Stiff and unmanageable.

    Good price as compared to Apple. It quit working after a week. Took it back to exchange but they were out of them so I ended up going reluctantly for the apple brand.
