    Stopped working after 1 year. This is the third Insignia brand charger I've purchased that failed in a year or less. I'm done with their products

    It took 6 hours or more to charge...No way is this a lighning charger...I would of returned it if I didn't throw away the packaging

    Overtime 2 out of 3 adapters have gone bad. Insignia brand is crap and I will not buy anything Insignia anymore.

    I purchased this it along with the adapter It worked for 1 week and went dead. I think for the money it should last longer than that. Feel cheated

    Only had for four months and quit working. When it did work it was good. Disappointed that I spent this much money on a product that didn't even last a year. There is no breakage, kinks, or any kind of damage to the cord at all.

    I’ve never purchased a charger more than $10, but decided to splurge a little this time. I purchased it on 08/02/21 and it doesn’t work anymore 09/01/21. Super disappointed considering it was $30. Won’t repurchase.

    This item does not work with iPhone 12. Threw away box so can’t return. My understanding is that iPhone 12 accessories are having all kinds of issues like they won’t work after you reboot your phone.

    Stopped working well in less than a week, can only use on one side second week and in a certain direction. Cord will be totally dysfunctional by week 3 at the latest.

    The salesman said it would work for my iPhone but it had the wrong ubs plug so wouldn't work. I had to return it I have no idea if it was a good product or not since I returned it.

    Started out great then after 3 months, it stopped working. It wasn’t even my main charger and there was not any twisting or fraying of the cable; it just stopped charging.
