Cheap product

I was so excited but when I opened it, it was kind of like cheaply made and you need to make sure to hit the right spot or else, your phone will not charge. Not for me but could work for others. I can recommend if you don’t really care about the quality.

Spend a little more - save a lot of headache.

This isn’t with just my phone but my partner’s as well. It also has issues with my AirPods. In short, when it works, it works well. But that is not too often.

Sporadic operation

Not Turning On After Just 2 Months

It simply sat on my window sill during this whole time and was never moved away from this position even once. The only thing I can think of being an issue is if a cold draft creeping through the window affected the device or if the sun was beating down on it for some time each day. Either way, a quality device would be able to withstand these minimal temperature changes. I am not eligible for a refund because the device broke down after the return period. You should avoid purchasing this.

Does Best Buy know these do not charge phones?

Bought 5 sets of these and NONE of them charge, no matter where you place the iPhone. You think you find a sweet spot to charge and when you remove your hand the pad stops charging the phone. My question is did Best Buy know these did not charge phones? Is that why they are being clearanced out. Total waste of money...would give ZERO stars if I could.

OK but buzzy noises

First off, you have to place your phone down in a very specific and precise position or it won't charge. Fast charge doesn't always work. And the worst thing is oftentimes I'll put my phone down at bedtime and I'll see it's charging but then I wake up to a low battery because it didn't charge! I don't have these issues with other wireless chargers. Very frustrating and a waste of money!
