This is the 2nd Insignia that is no quality. Insignia must produce for the quality. they have good product before but now it's garbage.

I have iPhone 12 Pro Max so it’s hard to align the battery and charger up correctly. Sometimes I walk away and it’s not even charging anymore. Have to play with it before it works.

Unfortunately it took over 24 hrs to get 85% charged battery. Super slow. Maybe if I use MagSafe case when charging, it might make a difference. But at that time, I wasn’t using MagSafe phone case for I don’t have one, I just placed my iPhone 11 directly w/o casing. Super slow charger.

Put my phone on it at 65% came back an hour later batter was at 63%, and it had the lightning bolt showing that it was trying to charge. I bet you can charge up better if you shuffle you feet on the ground and try using static electricity.

Not sure if thats to do with the product or my phone but either way i cant use it. I kept it because it uses one of the best charger plug and micro usb cords I've ever used.
