The first impression is not a good impression. It does fast charging which is nice, but the issue is that it doesn't charge half the time. It'll randomly decide there's "insufficient input power" and then refuse to charge my phone until I take it off and put it back on. This doesn't take long so you'd think it wouldn't be an issue, but I'm very much used to putting my phone on a charger and walking away. It's even worse when it happens at night and I wake up to a dead phone battery. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because when it works, it works really well.

I am not sure if it was the issue with the product itself or the other product. I will say that it worked the first day and it was after that the problems started with not fully charging the device.

My only complaint is that the power cord supplied is extremely short. So if your outlet is not close like 3 feet close you will have to get an extension or another cable.
