One for my Samsung Galaxy S10+, and one for my work phone (iPhone Xr). Both charging stands will work for a short while initially, then completely stop at some random point throughout the charging process. Both phones are affected on each stand. I'm unsure why it is, as I've made sure that they are firmly seated on the stand and not at any sort of angle with respect to the back (which is a common issue among wireless chargers). Insignia usually has somewhat reliable equipment, even if it is typically cheap...but I'm very disappointed and will be returning these two stands and going with a different solution.

The phone read that it's "charging" but not fast charging because my phone isn't compatible enough to fast change. Nevermind.

I thought that it would charge at the same speed but it charges MUCH slower than my factory charger, and still slower than a standard charger not connected to the fast charging box.

Does not work with newer phones and cases

So I left it for my husband to use. He upgraded to iPhone 13 and now it won't work for him either. What a waste of money after only having it for 3 months.

Does not work on iPhone 12/12 Pro
