After being on the charger overnight, the device was charge a small amount. Best Buy has the worse return policy, 14 DAYS from purchase, so if you give as a gift, it will not be returnable if you buy it in advance of giving the gift. Buyer be ware!

In fact, it won't charge either of the cell phones we have, though it appears to work...i.e. the light comes on and off. The reviews warned of this issue, but I'd otherwise had good experience with other BB/Insignia devices. I would return it, but the store is 45 minutes away.
