It stops charging on its own. The person is under the impression that the phone is charging but it stops charging. The build quality is very poor of the wires and connectors.

Broken in a week!

Time will tell but this appears to be the failure pattern of this device. Too bad because I really liked it and the price was awesome.

Constant reset had to be done!

Do not waste your time if you have the same phone. Reached out to customer service for Insignia twice, still no response!!!

Disappointed. Doesn't work

It'll start charging and then stop. If I press the phone down onto the base, it'll start again but stop again (as if it's not recognizing the phone sitting on the base). I tried with the case on and off. Won't work.

I normally discard receipt so good thing this was bought online so I have records. You have to change the position of the cable for it to work then when you let go it stops working
