• Your device may charge more slowly with the charging pad
than a charging cable. This is normal behavior.
• Make sure that your device is positioned in the center of your
charging pad without your phone cover.

It sits at your table, not taking up too much space, a perfect spot to put your phone and it charges while idle. According to pcmag, "experts agree that smartphones are smart enough that they do not let an overload happen". This means that most phones nowadays are smart in that it knows when your phone is fully charged and it stops charging. ***Contact your phone manufacturer for more information about your device. I can also charge my AirPods pro using these. I just use a spacer on the bottom so that it reaches that charging spot. ***If you're tired of making sure that you plug your phone to charge and have to remember that it's plugged before pulling it out and pulling your cords with the phone, then this charger is for you. ***Always forgetting to plug your phone to charge? This charger is for you. Cons (can be): It comes with a short 3ft micro USB charging cable. This might not be enough for some setup.

I didn't want to go the expensive repair route so I did some research and purchased one of these Insignia Qi Chargers. It really couldn't be much better. You plug it in, set the phone in the cradle and it immediately starts charging. There are no phone settings that need to be made and no settings to worry about on the cradle. It's plug and play. And the stand-up cradle is ideal if you like to have your phone nearby while working in the office. I set this right next to my computer monitor. It is definitely office friendly as the cradle cable is USB so it can be used with the wall adapter (included) or plugged right into your nearest USB slot. As others have stated, if you use a thick phone case it will take longer to charge, but it charges really fast with the phone case removed first. (It charges just fine either way, and I use a thick phone case)

I've used flat wireless chargers before, but I wanted something that would stand up, mostly to save space. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this wireless charger. It's sturdy, fast, and its sleek and small so it taking up a chunk of my desk isn't an issue. There's so many different ones out there, but this one is a good fit, I highly recommend. I've never had an issue with any of their products. I have a set of their speakers, my old webcam was insignia, and my good friend SWEARS by them and he's a total tech nerd, it's a great brand.

Also, while cooking you can actually not touch the phone and try turning it with dirty hands!!!! It sits right in front of you!!! Only problem I have an iPhone 13 and now with an otter box on the phone it will not charge the phone while in the stand up position. If I put the phone sideways with the tote ox on and work at it it will charge. Seems like the charger is not in the right place.
