Worked very well straight out of the box. The stand can be somewhat hard to snap into place, but once it is in, it is strong. The remote is junk and can be easily lost. Recommend getting velcro attachments to attach the remote to the back when not in use. Easily viewable from all angles. Would be 5 stars if the remote worked better.

The display's aspect ratio doesn't quite work for the majority of photos that I tried on it. The real frustration for me was that the device only allows a maximum 32GB SD card. This is ridiculous in a modern product as even my 8 year old camera can use larger cards.
