My mom is losing her faculties of memory and me and my family downloaded pictures onto this picture frame and every day she looked at it completely and she was starting to remember who everyone was again even if it was for a short time. Also to you were the only ones they had it in stock when I needed it and that I appreciate more than you know. I love Best Buy for all of the customer service that you do give

I wanted to give some color to the otherwise austere surroundings. Using a USB drive, I can switch from my daughter's engagement photos, to wedding photos, to photos of vacations the family has taken. Otherwise those pictures would simply languish on Google Photos never to be seen again. Why take a camera if you're not going to look at the photos???
