Remote not easy to navigate, doesn't go back to previous picture or forward to next when you use it. Of course, my husband didn't read manual so it's possible it's user error...but he rocks so I doubt it.

I would have given it five stars had the instructions informed me that their is a maximum size sd card that can be used. Had to purchase a second card due it not being able to handle the 64 gb. Other than that a great frame.

I got replacements which were cheaper but none lasted even 2 years. So I went back to buy another insignia. So far so good. They have improved the look and probably the software too. I’m using the micro SD slot which works great.

Not bad for what you're getting

Does what you expect without a high price tag

The espresso color is a refreshing change also as too many of these come with an ultra-modern looking black frame.
