I have my frame set to go on when I get home from work and off when I go to bed. I love having the slideshow on when I am home! There are times it gets stuck on one picture, but if it is turned off and on it corrects the issue.

I love these. I have purchased 2 for myself so far and given 4 out as gifts with pictures for holidays and they are very well received. Plan on getting more of the larger frames. Smaller frames more difficult to see. Recommend 10" or larger. Like the flexibility with options of memory sticks for volume of pics you can load.

I like this because it prevents me for cluttering my desk at work. I get to see so many pictures of my family at the same time on one screen. I love my digital picture frame

This is my 1st digital frame and I love it. The picture quality is not the best but I guess that's why the price wasn't too bad. You have format your USB drive so make sure you one dedicated to this only.

This was an gift for my mother for her birthday and when you can store some timeless family portraits for someone that is very nostalgic...this is a great gift. I am glad I made this purchase.

This was actually a gift for our son. He loves it. He has many pictures of the children and they talk about were they have been and what they did, The picture is really great! The best part is he lives in Texas and it arrived on his birthday! Great product and great service! What an easy way to shop.

I earlier bought 4 of these as gifts for friends and family members and they are working fine. I got this one for myself and it worked fine for couple of days and then one morning i didn't picture and saw vertical white lines on black display. I took it back to best buy to exchange the product and thought of taking some protection plan. But the protection plan is almost 25% of the product price and i thought that's expensive to spend on the product with protection plan. I didn't exchanged the product and i returned the defective one and the representative acted so weird. I not sure of his problem in taking return.

Salesman sold us the wrong SD card for wifes camera. The card we purchased won't work in this device. So off to Best Buy we go to see if we can find a sales person who is better versed in the product they sell us and purchase the proper sd card

Love the quality of the pictures just that it’s not user friendly. I have a hard time getting the slideshow to run. It keeps wanting to go to the picture examples that come with it.

We bought this for the purpose of showing family photos during our annual family Christmas. We had 3 generations and all spent considerable time sitting in front of the photo frame and viewing our family through time. It was a wonderful investment and is continuing to serve our family well.

Purchased this frame for my mother as a mother's day gift and it's great and does what it's supposed to. I load up an SD card and leave it back there and it's nice to see the photos play on the screen. No complaints.

I liked this product. It got the job done for uploading photos for a rotating gallery. Only thing is that the controls and settings were a little basic. For some reason I needed a little more customization options.

Setup was very straightforward and simple. The clarity of the display is extremely sharp. I had an issue with a couple of JPEGs not fully loading but simply reduced the file size to correct the issue. The frame has been operating flawlessly for about two months now.

While this was a gift, and hence I have had very limited contact with the product but the two times I saw it in action, the appearance was nice, and the frame provided a great slideshow with very nice dissolves and excellent resolution.

After reading some other reviews I had reservations about buying this digital frame but bought it anyway and have been pleased with it. My only criticism is that the programing instructions are not as clear as they could be.

Product does what it is stated n advertisements. It may not do everything, but that is made clear in the comments. I buy from Best Buy repeatedly because of knowledgeable associates, service and integrity in their products.

Bought this as a gift easy to use and setup great picture

This was purchased as a gift to replace another frame that was not wide screen. This product is a great addition and the colors are vibrant and the wide screen makes the photos "pop". Definitely a great buy at this price point.

Went to find a digital frame and wasn't sure what I was looking for. I went to a few different stores and didn't find much selection. Went to Best Buy and found more options. We are very happy with the purchase and it has met our needs. And I can say we have not had any issues.
