The plan was pretty basic: 1) pretty wood frame; 2) I load the photos onto the frame for her. BUT: 1) It's not wood; it's just brown plastic; 2) It has no memory; you can't load photos; you have to leave your memory stick attached to the frame permanently. (I don't think these requirements are so unusual. They should consider making what I'm looking for. Why must all the frames be black (and one which is an ugly distressed wood)? Please make one that's a nice wood frame.) I returned this.
