The instructions on how to set it up where quite confusing and I'm a college graduate. Couldn't program it to show pictures in order...it was just all random...and then it didn't show ALL pictures before starting over again in the exact same random mode. Returned it!

I'm extremely disappointed with this. The frame can't stand on it's support. This ia disgusting. The touch screen is not working nor the device can read from memory card slot. Remote is also disfunctional. I ordered is for a gift and Im in a great shame that I cannot gift it. What would it be had I gifted it without checking? I want to return this.I shall never recommend this to anyone.

The look of this frame is nice, the quality of the pictures are good as well

I bought 9 of these frames for family members ... some are working wonderfully and some crashed after 90 days ...

Average product. Some issues with the software. Had to play around in regards to getting the product to work fluently.

This review has nothing to do with the item. It has to do with Best Buy selling returned items as new. So I purchased this item online and waited 2 days to receive it. Upon receiving the item, I noticed what looked like fingerprints or a smudge on the frame. I ignored it because I thought maybe I had inadvertently touched the frame. After reviewing the other items in the package, I realized that the remote control was missing. This leads me to believe that Best Buy sold me an item as new even though it was probably returned by a customer. I promptly called customer service to complain and was given two options: Keep the item and receive a gift check of $25 or return the item to the nearest Best Buy store. I could not believe that Best Buy expected me to take $25 and use the item without a remote control. How insulting. The remote control is one of the most important items needed to use the picture frame. I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and have purchased many items. I am seriously rethinking if I should remain a customer.

It OK for the price that I paid. Its not touch screen and its functionalities are back of the frame, so its hard to navigate.

This is the third purchase. The first one was dead after one month (the screen went black). The second one works fine so far.

Does just what is is supposed to do. I plan to hang it, so I wish it had a longer cord or a battery option.

Once it’s up and working, it’s fine but it’s a pain to setup and only accepts USB drives of a particular formatting (mine was Ex-fat but the frame only accepts NTFS). The manual (if you can call it that) is horrible. Not recommended.

Easy to set up and modify. Would have preferred smaller frame but not available. One less star due to price.

I like the frame, just wish I would have bought a bigger size.

The picture and frame are very nude, however the price tag was higher than competitors.

Presented it to my senior neighbor and they loved it!

It was ok but felt cheap and didn't do everything I wanted like play video.

never was able to get this eframe set up; yet alone turned on and working. The pedestal on the back of the frame did not fit properly causing the frame to fall. Packed it up and returned it.

Insignia 10” photo frame has a problem being accessed by the remote control

Manual not very helpful, too vague, Geek sq fixed.

Was ok but returned because the color was more burgundy than Espresso.
